Why would I want to use monthly IT service?

Is there lease or commitment to sign?
Not at all. Our services are month-to month. We understand that your business needs may change in the future. We guarantee your satisfaction because we want what works best for you and your business.
How do you migrate data from my old system to the new one?
There are 3 ways: You can bring your computer to our office. We can send a bonded courier to pick up your PC to do it for you, or do it remotely with you in front of the computer in a remote control session. We carefully transfer all your files, favourites, emails to your new CapitalTek computer to make sure the transition is seamless.
How do I contact tech support?
There are 3 ways to contact Tech Support, by Phone, by email and by LiveChat. In addition to that we will give you access to a customer area where you can track your IT requests and find answers to your tech problems.
What methods of payments do you provide?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Preauthorized Debit.
What happens to my old system?
We will refurbish your computer and donate it to charity.
What is covered by your tech support services?
Our support team is always prepared for your call. You can contact Tech support for any Hardware, Software or other IT issue. Your IT support is Unlimited and included in your monthly fee. Need to reset your password? Set up out of office reply? Computer makes noise? Need help setting up printer or scanner? Phone not syncing? Need assistance with your PowerPoint presentation? What will cost me extra?
Nothing if you don’t want the few extras we offer, none of which are essential to your CAPITALTEK experience. There are some additional services that we offer for your convenience, such as Onsite Visits to your home/office (130/hr) and Hosted QuickBooks ($35/mo.) If you are on our basic plan Remote IT support is billable at $75/hr.
What if i use Mac computer and don’t want to switch to windows?
We have plans for mac users also, if your mac computer is under 4 years old we can support it and provide you additional services. Check our Plans and Pricing for Mac users here.
